I connect the business view with how systems really work: from a process map to a working prototype.
I have worked at Restaumatic since 2020. I started in sales; today, as Product Owner, I develop the company’s internal products and tools: from billing and payment systems to AI-based process automation that takes routine work off the teams’ plates.
I work through fast discovery and hypothesis validation, and I measure the outcome in numbers. I am also a vibe coder: with AI coding agents I build prototypes and whole products on my own. Before that, for eight years, I built and ran my own multiplayer game servers.

How I work

Discovery
I start with the process and the data: conversations with teams, a process map and numbers from the system.

Hypothesis
I write down what should change and how we will know. KPIs and the success threshold come before the backlog.

AI prototype
I build and test the PoC myself, with AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex) and the OpenAI API, so an idea can be checked before the whole team gets involved.

I deliver with Engineering, UX and Data, measure the effect and decide what comes next.
